On each fund page, there are charts and tables showing performance. You can change the time period on the line graphs to match any historical period you want. You can also use the line graph to see the performance of every share class of each fund. The line charts show calendar performance for each fund. The tables show performance of each year over the past five to the end of the previous quarter and cumulative performance over different time periods, ranging from one month up to 10 years and since launch/manager inception.

The retail share class differs between Liontrust funds. For some, it is the R class and for others it is the I class. Some funds, such as Liontrust UK Micro Cap and Liontrust Global Technology, only have one share class and therefore this is open to all types of investors.
Some funds have high minimum investment levels. The ACD/Manager of the Liontrust funds, however, has agreed to waive the minimum investment, redemption and holding amounts as set out in the Prospectus for direct retail customers (including those invested directly via a Liontrust ISA or JISA). The minimum investment and redemption amounts will be set at £10 for each trade. The ACD/Manager reserves the right to change this policy by providing at least 6 weeks’ notice.
If you have invested in funds directly in Liontrust funds, there are a couple of ways to make additional, top-up investments. First, is online via MyLiontrust through the use of a debit card. You can find a link to MyLiontrust at the top of the Liontrust website on any page. Second, you can send a cheque to the following address for Liontrust’s administrator, BNY, with a covering letter and declaration that you have read the fund(s) latest KIID(s) relating to the funds you want to invest in:

If you are moving from an Accumulation share class to an Income share class and you want to receive distributions of income, you will also need to provide bank account information. Performance
Each fund page on the website includes line charts and tables showing performance net of fees. These can be found in the Performance & Positioning section of the fund pages and show performance for all the share classes of a fund.
You can change the time period for the line charts to match any historical period you want through the Chart Settings tool. For example, to see performance over the past 18 months, you can change the start date in the Chart Settings.
While the line charts show cumulative performance, which is the fund’s total return net of fees, the tables provide discrete annual performance and cumulative performance also net of fees. The discrete annual performance tables show the last five individual years to the end of the last quarter. The cumulative performance in the tables is shown over different time periods up to 10 years and since the fund’s launch or the current investment team took over its management.
Each fund page includes line charts and tables showing performance net of fees. These can be found in the Performance & Positioning section of the fund pages and show performance for all the share classes of a fund.
You can change the time period for the line charts to match any historical period you want through the Chart Settings tool. For example, to see performance over the past 12 months, you can change the start date in the Chart Settings.
The cumulative and discrete tables also show the performance of funds over the previous 12 months, along with other time periods.
Fund updates and literature
You can find monthly and quarterly updates through the Fund Updates button in the Insights section of the website, which can be accessed here. The active share is on each of the monthly factsheets for the equity funds. The monthly factsheets for each share class can be found through the Download Fund Literature button immediately below the fund description at the top of each of the fund pages.
Active share, which is expressed as a percentage, represents the proportion of a fund’s holdings that differ from its benchmark. A 100% active share indicates a fund with no holdings in the benchmark while a 0% active share means the fund is identical to the benchmark.
Factsheets and portfolio holdings
For regulatory reasons, we do not produce monthly factsheets for funds that are less than one year old; performance information is required to be based on a complete 12-month period. When funds reach their first year since being launched, we start posting their monthly factsheets on the relevant fund page.
The top 10 holdings, along with their sector and geographical weightings, are available in the Performance & Positioning section of each of the fund pages. The top five overweights and underweights of each fund are also available on factsheets, which can be accessed through the Download Fund Literature button immediately below the fund description at the top of each fund page.
You can find a fund’s full portfolio holdings twice a year in the Long Final Reports and Long Interim Reports. To find these reports, go to the Download Fund Literature button immediately below the fund description at the top of each fund page. This button opens a sidebar of Fund Literature with all relevant documents, including the Long Final Report and the Long Interim Report.
Investing in funds, share classes and minimum investments

Below the fund descriptions at the top of each fund page, there are three boxes titled: Key Information, Additional Information and Charges. The box on the far right (Charges) has the relevant charges for each fund, along with explanations of these charges.
